The home is open and airy with over 30 windows, and the tradewinds often cool the house without the need of the ceiling fans.  
The home is located across the road from stunning panoramic ocean views, where you can see amazing sunsets, clear waters, surfers, rainbows, whales, sea turtles and Bali Hai (Makana mountain) in the distance. From the house, enjoy views of Mamalahoa mountain and its numerous waterfalls. Instantly relax while lunching on the lanai or sipping tropical drinks at sunset. 

The living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as the main lanai, are located on the upper level. Both the vaulted-ceiling living and dining rooms are warm and relaxing and the main lanai has lush greenery views of the fourth hole of the Makai Golf Course, as well as Hihimanu mountain in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 

The bedrooms are located on the lower level. The master bedroom boasts a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, with a full private bath suite attached. Off the master bedroom is a ground-floor lanai, featuring a relaxing porch swing, as well as your own small and secluded yard overlooking a lush valley filled with banana trees and tropical foliage. The guest bedroom has a completely private garden view and a comfortable queen size bed. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. 

Parking is convenient and steps from the house. Shopping, dining and a full-service grocery at the Princeville Shopping Center are minutes away. The charming town of Hanalei, with its wonderful beaches, small shops and restaurants is only three miles from Princeville. Three beaches are within walking distance of the house, and all the other North Shore beaches are only a short ride away.
